Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner due to property dispute between the parties.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

I have considered the material on record. The injury report reveals that the injury is simple in nature. Considering the material available before me as well as the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence

this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner Mostafa Alam be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
