Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to amend the cause title.

Anticipatory bail is sought on the ground that he has not been named in the FIR filed under Sections 489B and 489C of the IPC. The petitioner has been named by the accused persons from whose custody the fake currency is recovered. 3.

It is submitted for the State that the arrested accused have stated that the petitioner has given the fake currency to their daughter as payment for sale of bricks. It further appears that when the police arrested him, he was snatched away from the police custody by the family members and friends of the petitioner. The petitioner has been absconding.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage. 5.
