None appears for the appellant even in the second call.

The appeal is pending for a considerable period of time.

The appeal is directed against an order dated September 23, 2021 by which, the writ petition of the appellant was dismissed.

The writ petition was filed complaining that the writ petitioner could not participate in the notice inviting tender for supplies.

The learned judge noted that there were as many as 40 applications received by the relevant offices with regard to the notice inviting tender. The learned judge, therefore, was unable to accept the contention of the petitioner that a specific notice was required to be given to the writ petitioner. The learned judge found that the notice dated July 30, 2021 was sufficient

publication as it was made in one national newspaper and one vernacular newspaper.

In such circumstances, the learned judge did not interfere in the writ petition.

We find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, MAT 62 of 2021 along with CAN 1 of 2021 are dismissed without any order as to costs.
