Learned counsel appearing for the State places an order passed by a coordinate Bench on 14th July, 2023 which records that the petitioner has filed three writ petitions claiming interest on gratuity and for refund of different sums of money.

The order records the admission made on behalf of learned counsel who was appearing for the petitioner at that point of time. The order records the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner will withdraw all the three writ petitions and file a composite writ petition covering the prayers made in the three writ petitions.

Liberty was accordingly given to the petitioner to withdraw the three writ petitions.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition and file a composite writ petition with all the prayers in one writ petition.

WPA 1440 of 2023 with WPA 1484 of 2023 are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
