1. The application for anticipatory bail is made on the ground that since after filing of the charge sheet of the two coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate bench.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is absconding. Warrants have been sent for execution and further steps shall be taken after return of the report of execution.

3. This Court has considered the case diary and the charge sheet. Injuries inflicted are grievous in nature.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. CRM (A) 541 of 2024 is, thus, rejected.

6. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
