1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that initially the case was registered under Sections 109/115(2)/ 85/ 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Subsequently after investigation chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 85/115(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. I have perused the Case Diary.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, I grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is being enlarged on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety to the satisfaction of the arresting

officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and on condition that the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.

5. As a sequel, the application being C.R.M. (A) 458 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
