The application for anticipatory bail is canvassed on the ground that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench.

It appears that the allegation is under section 14A and 14C of the Foreigners Act.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

This Court has carefully considered the case diary. 5.

In the above circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), with two sureties of like

amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further conditions that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer as and when required and on condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation. 7.
