Heard learned counsels for the petitioners.
The petitioners were on bail all throughout and failed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri on 9th April, 2025 without any steps for which warrant of arrest was issued against them.
The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Court within seven days from date.
If the petitioners surrender before the learned Trial Court within seven days from date, the learned Trial Court shall allow them to remain on the same bond.
In the event the petitioners fail to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall take necessary steps, in accordance with law
The order impugned dated 9th April, 2025 be stayed till 15th July, 2025.
In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 333 of 2025 is disposed of.
Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
