Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court as recently as on 25th April, 2025. There is no change in circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The application for bail is disposed of.
