Parties submit that the issue involved in this appeal, which is arising out of a judgement of the MACT Tribunal, Jalpaiguri is at an advance stage of settlement.

Accordingly, parties submit that the matter may be referred to the next National Lok Adalat, which, this Court is informed by the parties, is scheduled to be held on 11th of December, 2021. Prayer stands allowed.
