Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in a secondary school. On his medical ground, he is to seek transfer to another place. But at present, the concerned portal where such application has to be made being the said UTSASHREE portal of the Government is not working. The petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the concerned authorities physically.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the School Service Commission submits that if at all any such representation is to be made, the same may have to be done before the concerned Authority being the respondent no.4.
In view of the above and for balance of convenience, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation seeking transfer in a physical mode to the respondent no.4 within a fortnight from this date. The same shall be considered by the concerned authorities expeditiously and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from making such representation. The result of consideration shall be intimated to the petitioner within a week therefrom.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
