Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have sucking babies and are ladies. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. The petitioners appear to have been in conscious possession of contraband articles above commercial quantity.

In view of the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is disposed of.
