Repeated requests have been made by the learned advocate for the petitioners for adjournment which is declined. 2.
The application for anticipatory bail is made on the ground that the disputes between the petitioners and the de facto complainant are civil and arising out of a land ownership dispute 3.
It further appears from the statements under Section 161 of the Cr. P. C. of the two victims that they were pregnant at the time of assault. They have been beaten with stones by the petitioners. They had threatened the victims that the petitioners will grab their lands.

The learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Injury reports corroborate some of the statements of the victims. Investigation is going on.
6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage.
