1. This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail. The petitioners pray for relaxation of the condition for grant of bail imposed by an order dated September 5, 2024. The petitioners were restrained from entering the jurisdiction of Birpara Police Station without the leave of the trial court.

2. It appears that the investigation is complete and there is no adverse report.

3. Under such circumstances, the condition that the petitioners shall not enter the jurisdiction of the Birpara police station is waived. All other conditions as per the direction of the order dated September 5, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
