The representation was submitted before the concerned authority on behalf of the petitioner on 12th April, 2023 which is yet to be considered. The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation and issuance of pension payment order at the earliest. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents no. 3 & 4 be directed to consider the representation submitted on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents no. 3 & 4 to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12th April, 2023 within two weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Upon disposal of the representation, necessary consequential steps be taken by the authority within a month thereafter.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
