1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for bail on the ground of period of detention on and from 30th July, 2024. It is further submitted that chargesheet has already been submitted.
3. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as de facto complainant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has referred to the statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr. P.C.(Section 183 of BNSS) as well as statement recorded under Section 161 Cr. P.C. ( Section 180 of BNSS).
5. Considering the nature of offence and all the evidence collected in the Case Diary, I am not inclined to enlarge the accused on bail.
6. Accordingly the bail stands rejected.
7. As a sequel, the C.R.M.(M) 170 of 2025 stands disposed of.
8. All the parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
9. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
