Considering the statement of the victim and considering the materials available on record and more particularly the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are not inclined to allow the application for anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.1054 of 2021 stands rejected.
