1. This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail. The petitioner prays that the conditions imposed by this court on July 7, 2023 be further relaxed.

2. It appears that by an order dated February 9, 2024, the learned Special Court under NDPS Act, Jalpaiguri relaxed the condition of bail by directing the petitioner to meet the investigating officer every 15 days instead of once a week.

3. The application for relaxation of the condition of bail is allowed. The petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in two months instead of meeting the IO once every 15 days. All other conditions as per the order dated July 7, 2023 shall remain unaltered.
