And In the matter of : Kamini Singh ... Petitioner Ms. Suman Sehanabis, Mr. Salok Sah ..for the Petitioner Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, Ms. Namrata Das ..for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused, the husband of the petitioner, has been granted bail by this Court.

Having regard to the gravity of the alleged offence and the role of the petitioner as apparent under Section 164 of the statement of eye witnesses, I am not inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, CRM (A) 485 of 2025 is rejected. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
