It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that notwithstanding making repeated representations to the State respondents, the representations have still not been considered. The State respondent is represented and submits that the construction complained of by the petitioners is on the State land and does not in any event prevent the ingress and egress of the petitioners. It is also submitted by the State respondent that the construction complained of has been virtually completed. The respondent no.4 is represented and submits that the impugned construction carried out by the concerned respondent is in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid, the representation of the
petitioners dated 19th July, 2022 be considered by the respondent no.3 in accordance with law and after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition being WPA 2045 of 2022 stands disposed of.
