This Court has considered the affidavits of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2.

This Court is satisfied that the order dated 30th September, 2021 and 1st October, 2021 have been substantially complied with. This Court does not see merits in the exception taken by the writ petitioner. It is now well settled that a contempt proceeding is between the Court and the contemnors. There is no scope for any objection to any compliance report otherwise in law.

In that view of the matter, WPCRC 4 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
