In course of hearing, learned Advocate for the petitioner could not convince us about any changed circumstance for entertaining the instant application for anticipatory bail for the second time which could not be placed before the co-ordinate Bench while rejection of similar such prayer. On such fact and circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail, which has been filed for the second time, is considered and refused.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 514 of 2023 is dismissed.
