We have perused the case diary. Although learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to rely on orders passed by a coordinate Bench where three other co-accused persons have been released on bail, we find that direct and much more serious allegations have been made against the petitioner in the 164 statement by the defacto complainant. Hence, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner or enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.
