Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 09.07.2025 in CRM (A) 491 of 2025, inter alia, on the condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once a week till submission of charge sheet. However, a charge sheet has not been submitted as yet. The petitioner has been regularly attending the Investigating Officer as per direction passed earlier.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the petitioner has been complying with the direction passed by this Court to meet the Investigating Officer once a week till submission of charge sheet.

Considering the above and in the interest of justice, I am relaxing the condition to meet the Investigating Officer and directing that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once a month till submission of report in final form.

With these observations and directions, the application being CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
