The petitioner was on bail and failed to appear before the learned trial Court on 14th February, 2020 for which warrant of arrest was issued against him. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned trial Court within seven days from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within seven days from date and pays for bail, the learned trial Court shall deal with the application in accordance with law.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner, in accordance with law. The warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 14th February, 2020 be stayed till 21st July, 2025.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 349 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
