Petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that several accused persons have been granted bail in the instant case including the principal accused. Though previous anticipatory bail was rejected, however, in the present application coordinate Bench of this Court on 14th August, 2025 granted interim order directing the police not to

apprehend the petitioner for a limited period. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.

State files a report furnished by the NJP Police Station dated 8th September, 2025, which is taken on record. 4.

Learned Advocate for the State, opposing such prayer, submits that previously in CRM(A) 352 of 2025 upon considering the materials in the case diary the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 12th June, 2025. He seeks for dismissal of the application.

Learned Advocate for the de facto complainant submits in similar fashion.

Perused the case diary and the materials on record. 7.

It is found that in an earlier application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail, the prayer was turned down by this Hon'ble Court.

There is no change in circumstances.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

10. The application being CRM (A) 502 of 2025 stands dismissed.
