The petitioner no. 2 appears in person and prays leave to withdraw the revisional application on the ground that it suffers from some technical defect and to file afresh. Prayer is allowed.

C.O. 135 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner no. 1 to file fresh revisional application on the self-same cause of action for the self-same relief.

The petitioner no. 2 is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
