It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only on 17th August, 2023 (yesterday) the petitioner has received a recommendation letter dated 17th August, 2023.

The order under contempt has, therefor, been complied with subsequent to filing of the contempt. A copy of the recommendation letter dated 17th August, 2023 is taken on record.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the contempt application is disposed of without passing any further order but recording compliance of the order under contempt.

CPAN 37 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.
