2022 an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioner. Today when the writ petition has been called again an accommodation has been sought for. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 is present.

Petitioner seems not to be interested in pursuing the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 2085 of 2022 is dismissed for default.
