This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the injunction application. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that objection to the application was filed in the year 2017 and the matter could not be heard due to various reasons like death of either of the parties to the suit and substitution therefor.

Considering the nature of the prayer of this revisional application, no notice is required to be served upon the opposite parties.

Accordingly, the service upon the opposite parties is dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalpaiguri is requested to dispose of the injunction application in connection with Title Suit No. 187 of 2017 which is otherwise ready for hearing, as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of

this order to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalpaiguri as well as to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalpaiguri as well as opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
