Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition making prayer for direction to take steps for filling up the vacancies of Angan Wadi Helper under ICDS project and it is the further grievance of the petitioners that they have made a representation on 25th July, 2022 for consideration of their appointment for the said post which has not been considered.

Learned Advocate appearing for the state respondent has filed a report of Child Development Project Officer concerned and submits that the recruitment process for the post of Angan Wadi

Helper was already initiated in 2006 and has already been concluded by issuing appointment letters to the finally selected candidates and they have already joined and at present there is no vacancy.

Considering the submission of the parties, I am of the view that no relief can be granted to the petitioners in this writ petition except making observation that in future if any vacancy arises in the aforesaid post, the case of the petitioners may be considered in accordance with law.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 2090 of 2022 is disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
