Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that investigation is complete. There is a civil dispute between the parties. A free fight ensued between the parties in which the petitioners also sustained serious injuries. A counter case is pending.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. No document has been produced by the petitioners with regard to the injuries alleged to have been sustained by

them in connection with the incident. Injuries sustained by the victims herein are grievous in nature. The injured witnesses have implicated the petitioners in their statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
