The petitioner and the respondent no.10 had prayed for mutual transfer as Assistant Primary Teachers posted at different places. Incidentally, the respondent no.10 is in the family way. However, the representation of the petitioner has not been considered yet.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the WBBPE submits that if a representation has been

made, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

It appears that a representation of the petitioner and the private respondent for mutual transfer dated 06.06.2024 is pending consideration. In view of the above, let the respondent no.3 consider the said representation of the petitioner and the private respondent in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Within a week thereafter, the respondent no.3 shall communicate the outcome of such consideration to the petitioner and the private respondent and take necessary steps.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

The merits of the case have not been gone into. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
