The respondent no.7, husband is represented and submits that the petitioner should not be permitted to travel outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
Mr. Basu appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no intention either leaving or taking the children outside the jurisdiction of this Court for the present. However, I direct that if the petitioner or the children travel outside the jurisdiction of this Court, she would inform the Officer In-Charge of Pradhannagar Police Station. This direction is to subsist for a period of six weeks from
the date of passing of this order.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 2099 of 2022 stands dismissed as infructuous.
