There are certain violations which have been reported. However, I find that the police authorities have categorized seven issues in their report. Learned advocate for the petitioner denies the same.

Having considered that more than a month has passed since such protest rally and meeting was

organized, I am of the view that any steps at this stage is uncalled for. However, the petitioner would be cautious in future while such protest rally and meeting are held.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1511 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
