Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No. 726 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Jalpaiguri.

It is submitted that the case is pending since long only for non-production of witnesses.

Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, learned advocate who usually appears on behalf of the State is being appointed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized.

After hearing the matter, learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Jalpaiguri is requested to dispose of this case bearing G.R. Case No. 726 of 2015 in connection with Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 193 of 2015 under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code as expeditiously as possible and also to

take all necessary steps to secure the attendance of witnesses so that the case may be disposed of within the specified period of six months.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate the order to the learned Magistrate for information.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
