It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner is a victim of serious nature of assault inflicted by the accused private respondents and it is the allegation of the petitioner that police authorities concerned have charged the accused private persons with lighter offence and has not incorporated the appropriate penal sections against the private respondents.

Considering the submission of the parties, I am of the view that this writ court is not the appropriate forum for redressal of the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition and accordingly I am not inclined

to entertain this writ petition being WPA 2108 of 2022 and the same is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar of the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
