The limited ground of allegation in this writ petition, made by the petitioner is that the approval in favour of the petitioner for pursuing the PhD Course has already been considered by the higher authority concerned but the same has not been communicated by the respondent school authority concerned till date.
Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 2111 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the school authority concerned to communicate the aforesaid approval if it has already been received as per statement of the petitioner with regard to the issuance of NOC for pursuing PhD
Course, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
