In this writ petition petitioner has made the allegation that the private respondents have committed the offence of tampering with the volume containing deed in question in the office of the District Sub Registrar, Darjeeling. Petitioner has produced a document dated 8th August, 2022 issued by District Sub-Registrar, Darjeeling and on perusal of the same it appears that the authorities have already considered the allegation of the petitioner and initiated appropriate proceedings in this regard. Let the said document dated 8th August, 2022 be kept with the record.
Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2112 of 2022 is disposed of
by directing the respondent authority concerned to conclude and pass a final order in the aforesaid proceeding in question expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order.
In case the authority concerned are not able to conclude the proceeding within the time stipulated herein they must record the specific reason for the same.
It is also observed all connected criminal proceedings shall also be concluded expeditiously. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
