1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for Ct rup expeditious disposal of the case being C.R. Case No. 187 of 2022 pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Siliguri.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the case is pending since 2022.

3. Nature of the prayer does not demand, in my opinion, service of notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is dispensed with.

4. The certified copy of the order passed by the Court, I find no reason to pass any order specifying the period for disposal of this case. However, this Court expects that learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Siliguri will take necessary endeavour to dispose of this case as early as possible.

5. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the

learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Siliguri.

7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
