The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Mr. Debajit Kundu ... for the petitioner Mr. Hirak Barman, Mr. Momenur Rahaman .... For the State Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

On perusal of the writ petition I find that the grievance of the petitioner is against inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned and sitting over the representation of the petitioner dated 3rd August, 2022 for selection of her name in the post of ASHA Karmee.
