Mr. Debajit Kundu ... for the petitioner Mr. Subir Kumar Saha, Mr. Momenur Rahaman .... For the State This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction in the part of the respondent police authority in redressing the grievance of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State respondent, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31st October, 2022, has filed a report by the police authority, dated 26th August, 2022 and on perusal of which I find that the appropriate steps has already been taken by the police authority on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, submission of the parties and taking into consideration the report filed by the learned advocates appearing for the State respondent in court today I am of the view that the grievance of the

petitioner regarding inaction on the part of the respondent police authority concerned stands redressed and no further order is needed to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 2117 stands disposed of.
