The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being G.R.No.3463 of 2022 corresponding to Matigara Police Station Case No.844 of 2022 dated 01.08.2022 under Sections 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Siliguri.

5. Considering the conduct of the petitioner who has remained absent, even though repeated opportunities were being granted, the revisional application is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to raise the issues in the present revisional application before the appropriate forum.

6. The revisional application is thus, disposed of.
