Considering the nature of allegation in this writ petition and relief asked for I am of the view that petitioner has no locus standi in the matter and petitioner cannot be called a "person aggrieved" within the meaning, in proceeding in constitutional writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner could not show any material that the petitioner has personally suffered or got harm by any alleged illegal action of the private respondent. Petitioner submits that petitioner is a bonafide complainant against the private respondent who is a medicine seller.

Considering the submission of the parties I am of the view that the petitioner has got no locus standi

for invoking the constitutional writ jurisdiction in addition to the observation made herein above in this order.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA No.

2123 of 2022 is dismissed.
