1. This is an application for relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail. The petitioners pray for relaxation of the condition for grant of anticipatory bail imposed by an order dated September 11, 2024. Mr. Ali, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that at the time of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the earlier Coordinate Bench of this court directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners should furnish bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and with certain other conditions. It is further submitted that the petitioners could not find any local surety and the petitioners are not financially affluent. The petitioners undertake that they will comply with all other conditions.

2. Considering the submissions of the petitioners and upon perusal of the materials placed before us, the conditions imposed by order dated September 11, 2024 is relaxed to the extent that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two registered sureties of like amount each. The condition of one local surety is waived. All other conditions as per the direction of the order dated September 11, 2024, shall remain unaltered.
