This Court notices that the ordering portion of the certified copy of the order dated 9th June, 2022 is the only document annexed. No steps have been taken by the appellants despite the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 7th August, 2023.

In that view of the matter FMAT 11 of 2022 shall stand dismissed.

Dismissal of the appeal shall not prevent the appellants to file an appropriate appeal on the self same cause of action against the impugned judgement. 5.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
