Learned advocate for the petitioners are aggrieved by the act and actions of the administration and submits that in spite of informing the police authorities, no steps were taken by them.

Mr. Barman, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the submissions so advanced, the petitioners are granted liberty to prefer an application either under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure or under Section 200

of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The learned Magistrate would independently consider the merits of the case and proceed with the same. Needless to state that this court has not gone into the merits of the allegations and the learned Magistrate will not be influenced by any observations made by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 2129 of 2022 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
