1. This is the second application for anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner has not been able to satisfy us that there are changed circumstances which would necessitate any further order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner when refused earlier by a coordinate bench.

3. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected at this stage.

4. The application is, thus, disposed of.
