This writ petition has been filed for appointment of the petitioner on the ground of compassionate appointment on the death of the petitioner's father who expired in the year 2009. In view of settled position of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in catena of decisions that no immediate financial hardship to the deceased fairly survives services after almost thirteen years of the death of the deceased employee.

In view of the observation made herein above this writ petition being WPA 2130 of 2022 is dismissed.
