This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent concerned in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13th June, 2022 made through his learned advocate and sitting over the same. Details of the grievance of the petitioner will appear from the said representation. Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2131 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 13th June, 2022 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after

giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the same shall be considered by the respondent authority concerned strictly in accordance with law.
